1. Baseline study
- One broad location study of project area, context analysis, data collection, citizen status, socio-economic indicators survey, infrastructure survey, project installation survey, mapping & analysis
2. Setting up, installation & management of wireless network + expert technical workshop
- One time project installation: The project will set up and install a wireless network zone for communities providing connectivity & Internet access to around 100 nodes spread in the range of 20-50 kms covering at least 50 villages in Guna district
- One Expert Technical workshop: Organize technical workshop among the existing wireless programmes invite & discussion; learning analysis for adoption & replication; experts invite & inputs sharing and action paper readiness
3. Public engagements
- Two conferences will be undertaken within 8 months and 18 months of project work and implementation. These conferences to have representatives from institutions, individuals, users, trainers, experts
